Now Available: Stevie Nicks, STAND BACK
Tonight, Stevie Nicks will officially become the first female artist to enter the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice: the first time was for her work with Fleetwood Mac, and now she’s being inducted for his solo career. In celebration of this unprecedented accomplishment, Rhino is offering unto fans a new compilation of Nicks’ nest work, including a mixture of studio cuts, live performances, soundtrack contributions, and collaborations with other artists.
The compilation in question is entitled STAND BACK – as well it should be, given that the identically-titled single remains a defining moment in Nicks’ solo career – and it’s being released in two different versions. The first version is the one that’s out today, and it’s an 18-track single CD that makes for a brilliantly streamlined look at her career. The second one, which hits music retailers on April 19, is a 50-track 3-CD version, and its vinyl equivalent is a 6-LP set that arrives on June 28.
Got all that? Great! Now please enjoy the full track listing of both releases!
