With a dynamic combination of music, comedy and technology that's made them part of the pop culture zeitgeist, Blue Man Group has entertained more than 35 million people worldwide since 1991. To mark their 25th anniversary, the colorful trio have just released their third studio album, the aptly-titled THREE. Featuring 14 new instrumental tracks, the collection is a snapshot of the constantly expanding world of the Blue Man Group, drawing from their legendary live show and adding sonic explorations from a wide array of newly developed instruments (including the “Snorkelbone” and the “Chimeulum”). Tribal drumming, soaring melodies and elements of EDM are evident throughout the album, with Brazilian percussionist Marivaldo Dos Santos, vibraphonist Yusuke Yamamoto and DJ Mike Relm joining in on the fun.
