Stevie Nicks
As Fleetwood Mac’s resident enchantress, Stevie Nicks was at the pinnacle of the pop world when she released BELLA DONNA in 1981. That solo debut was as hit-packed as a Mac album; "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" and "Leather and Lace" were both Top Ten singles, and "Edge of Seventeen" and "After the Glitter Fades" reached the Top 40. The album was also packed with star guests, including members of Little Feat, the E Street Band, the M.G.’s, Don Henley and Tom Petty (who co-produced the album with Jimmy Iovine). The quadruple-Platinum BELLA DONNA remains among Stevie Nicks' very best, and we'll give it another spin now to wish her a happy 75th birthday.
