If you are looking for the ultimate red light in the basement CD, you havefound it! Rhino has compiled some the smoothest songs in R&B on one CD ofjams. From the heavily sampled Risin' to the Top by Keni Burke to I Want tobe your Man by the late Roger Troutman, this CD keeps your head bobbing andyour feet tapping with it's extended song versions.

Although many of the artists featured on this CD are no longer recording newtracks, Rhino has made it easy for music enthusiast to enjoy those old jamswithout downloading or buying the entire CD or album by a single artist.

The gem of this CD is Curious by Midnight. Curious was formally onlyavailable on the not-so-critically-acclaimed album "Planetary Invasion."Although the album spawned three top hits, Curious was not one of them. Itwas refreshing to hear this great song on a compilation without the otherdisco/funk inspired songs.

This CD also features songs by Eugene Wilde, Joyce Sims, Atlantic Starr, andOdyssey, just to name a few. The selection of songs by these artists justadds to the great mix of recordings that this CD has to offer.
