NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. “Win a Classic Hip Hop Prizepack” sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Valid only to legal United States residents (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam) who are eighteen (18) years of age and older at time of entry. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited, taxed, licensed or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01pm (PST) on February 19, 2007 and ends at 12:00pm (PST) on April 2, 2007(“Sweepstakes Period”).

SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR. This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Rhino Entertainment, 3400 W. Olive Avenue, Burbank, CA 91505. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decision of Sponsor.

ENTER ON-LINE BY: Accessing the Contest Web site during the Sweepstakes Period and clicking on the designated icon to go to the Sweepstakes. Follow the on-screen instructions. All entries are deemed made by the holder of the e-mail account.

ENTER BY MAIL BY: Sending a self-addressed, stamped postcard to the attention of "Classic Hip Hop Contest, 4th Floor" at the address above. Valid age and address of participant must be included on the entry postcard.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12:00PM (PST) APRIL 2, 2007.

DRAWING. The prizewinners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be held on or about April 4, 2007. Prizewinners will be notified by email, phone or mail on or about April 6, 2007.

Odds of being randomly selected are determined by the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries and their content become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries submitted will be used for the purpose of selecting the prizewinner as described in these Official Rules.

If a prospective prizewinner is found ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, his/her claim to a prize is forfeited and an alternate entry will be randomly selected.

PRIZES. Six (6) Grand Prizewinners (“Prizewinners”). Winner must be 18 years of age or older and be a resident of the United States.

The Prize is subject to the following material conditions and restrictions:

NO CASH OR OTHER SUBSTITUIONS ARE PERMITTED, EXCEPT BY SPONSOR, WHO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.

All federal, state and local taxes related to the Prize are the sole responsibility of Grand Prizewinner. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. No transfer of the prize is permitted. Potential prizewinner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity within FIVE (5) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

A disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be randomly selected if a prize notification is refused. There is no substitution for any prize or portion thereof, except due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of Sponsor. The prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. The prizewinner will be fully responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor, Internet, Product and Service Providers and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies make no warranties, express or implied.

Employees and their immediate families of Sponsor, Internet, Product and Service Providers, and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

A PRIVACY STATEMENT. Participant's personal information, in conjunction with this Sweepstakes, will be utilized by Sponsor for the sole purpose of selecting a prizewinner and will be kept only as long as required by law. Unless otherwise authorized by participant, participant's information will not be sold, rented or given to any other third party. Notwithstanding the privacy statement and policy, if selected as the prizewinner, prizewinner agrees, except where prohibited, to grant Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees and agents to use his/her name, entry contents, visual and audio likeness, biographical data and statements for any purpose, including but not limited to any commercial or publicity purpose, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation or consideration.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By entering, participants, their agents, assigns and successors release Sponsor, Internet, Product and Service Providers, and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any costs or expenses resulting from entry in the Sweepstakes and from any and all liability whatsoever, including, without limitation, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or in connection with any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, quality, use or misuse of any prize, or any portion of the prize, or parts thereof. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses, injuries or death arising from or relating to the sweepstakes, and winner's use of the prize, they will indemnify Sponsor from any and all such claim, including attorney's fees related thereto.

Sponsor, Internet, Product and Service Providers, and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for any kind of computer transmission, electronic, hardware, internet, software, network, technical or telephone failures and any damaged, delayed, garbled, illegible, incomplete, late, lost, misplaced, misaddressed, misdirected or stolen e-mail.

Participant agrees that by entering this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may seek damages from participant if participant deliberately damages Sponsor's website or any other website in conjunction with participant's partaking in this Sweepstakes or if participant interferes with the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, it is in violation of civil or criminal law.

If, in Sponsor's exclusive judgment, this Sweepstakes becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the Sweepstakes offer, cancel any method of entry and/or select the prizewinner from all eligible entries received prior to the withdrawal.

DISPUTES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Los Angeles County, California, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
